The Person Behind the Pixels.
I’m Ran Jing, a web designer at Qualified, where I lead end-to-end web and campaign experiences.
But more than designing interfaces, I focus on turning complex ideas into clear, narrative-driven experiences, helping people not just see products, but understand them.
My work sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and storytelling, shaping how companies communicate value, engage users, and drive action at scale.
My Present
My path into design didn’t start with digital products, it started with storytelling.
I began my career in print as a graphic designer, where I developed a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Designing editorial spreads taught me how to guide attention and build narratives through structure.
At ZoomInfo, I transitioned into digital, evolving from a web designer into a systems thinker, designing scalable web ecosystems, building design systems, and connecting storytelling with product experiences.
That journey from editorial storytelling to scalable digital design shaped how I approach every project today.
How I got here
Outside of work, I’m often on a snowboard or exploring new places.
I’m drawn to environments that challenge perspective, whether it’s navigating a mountain or discovering a new city. These experiences constantly reshape how I observe, adapt, and think.
I’m also deeply inspired by design beyond screens, architecture, branding, and physical spaces. I believe the more we understand the world as humans, the better we can design for it.
