Overview

The 2025 Year in Review was designed as a flagship marketing experience to showcase Qualified’s growth, product innovation, and leadership in the emerging Agentic Marketing category.

The goal was not only to present key metrics and product updates, but to craft a compelling narrative that reinforces Qualified’s position as the category leader — helping audiences clearly understand both the impact and the momentum behind the brand.

I led the end-to-end design of the experience, focusing on storytelling, visual systems, and content structure across a long-form, campaign-driven page.

Challenge

The challenge was to transform a large volume of fragmented content — including product launches, customer success, metrics, and brand initiatives — into a cohesive and engaging narrative.

Unlike a traditional report, this experience needed to balance clarity with persuasion: simplifying complex information while still creating an emotional, high-impact story that resonates with executives, marketers, and customers.

Design Approach

I approached the design as a narrative-driven experience rather than a static page.

• Structured the content into a clear storytelling arc — from category momentum, to product innovation, to measurable impact and future outlook
• Designed a modular layout system to support diverse content types, including metrics, product highlights, and customer proof points
• Developed a cohesive visual language using gradients, color transitions, and spacing to guide users through the experience
• Focused on scannability and hierarchy to ensure key insights remain accessible within a long-form format

Through a structured narrative flow, the page guides users from high-level category momentum into product innovation, customer proof, and measurable impact. Each section is designed with clear hierarchy and rhythm, making complex information easy to scan while maintaining a strong sense of progression.

A cohesive visual system — including gradients, typography, and modular layouts — ensures consistency across diverse content types, from data visualization to product highlights and customer stories. Careful attention to spacing, transitions, and responsive behavior creates a smooth, immersive experience across devices.

The result is a high-impact marketing experience that not only showcases a year of growth, but reinforces Qualified’s position as a leader in the Agentic Marketing space.

Extending the Experience Across Channels

Beyond the core web experience, I translated the Year in Review narrative into a cohesive multi-channel campaign across email and social.

Each asset was designed to adapt the story into more digestible, high-impact formats — balancing consistency with flexibility across platforms. From scrollable LinkedIn carousels to structured email layouts, the design system ensured a unified visual language while optimizing for engagement and distribution.

This approach allowed the campaign to extend its reach, reinforce key messaging, and create a more integrated brand experience.
