Overview

I led the design for a large-scale demand generation campaign centered around the Agentic Marketing Summit — a virtual event featuring top marketing leaders sharing how they’re integrating AI agents into their teams.

As part of the campaign, we launched the “Top 30 Agentic Marketers to Watch” list to drive awareness and registrations, creating a multi-channel experience across web, social, email, and paid media.

The project aimed to:

  • Drive event registrations and attendance

  • Establish Qualified as a leader in the emerging “agentic marketing” space

  • Turn complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for marketing leaders

👀 Challenge

AI and “agentic marketing” were rapidly emerging concepts, but lacked clear definitions and real-world playbooks. Our audience — senior marketing leaders — were under pressure to adopt AI, but needed clarity, trust, and practical guidance.

The challenge was to:

  • Translate a complex and evolving concept into a clear narrative

  • Create urgency and excitement around a new category

  • Design an experience that moves users from curiosity → understanding → registration

✨ Design Approach

I focused on designing a narrative-driven user journey that guides users through:

Credibility — introducing real leaders via the “Top 30” list

Action — driving event registration through clear value and social proof

Across all touchpoints, I prioritized:

  • Simplifying complex ideas into digestible content

  • Structuring information to support decision-making

  • Aligning messaging and visuals to reduce friction and increase conversion

🔗 Extending the Experience Across Channels

To support registration and drive sustained engagement, I extended the experience beyond a single landing page into a cohesive, multi-channel system.

I designed a suite of assets across web, email, social, and in-product surfaces, ensuring a consistent narrative while adapting to the context of each channel. This included promotional moments like speaker announcements and the “Top 30 Agentic Marketers” list, as well as conversion-focused touchpoints such as emails and on-site placements.

The goal was to meet users where they already are, reinforce the value of the event through repeated, contextual exposure, and guide them toward registration through a connected journey rather than a single interaction.

✨ Post-event assets

After the event, I designed a set of post-event experiences to extend the lifecycle of the content and maximize its long-term value.

This included a dedicated hub on Qualified+, where sessions, recordings, and key insights were organized into a browsable and discoverable format. By treating the event as an ongoing resource rather than a one-time moment, the post-event experience helped drive continued engagement and created a foundation for future content distribution.

🎉 Impact

  • Drove 1,500+ registrations and 500+ live attendees

  • Generated significant engagement across social and email channels

  • Positioned Qualified as a thought leader in the “agentic marketing” space
